Erin W. McMillion
Managing Partner

  • Erin McMillion is a multifamily real estate investor who has spent over a decade in public service as a Lieutenant firefighter/paramedic. She is a talented professional and former division one athlete, with a commitment to excellence and dedication to service. Erin has a passion for educating investors on the rewards of multifamily real estate. Her driving motivator is to help close the wealth gap in her community. Erin’s goal is to continue her service to others through providing investing opportunities to as many people as she can. She continues to focus on asset acquisitions, broker communications, and investor relations. Erin enjoys traveling, bike riding, and spending time with her wife and two children.

 

Danyel Crutcher
Managing Partner

  • Danyel Crutcher is a multifamily real estate investor who has been in the youth development and education field for over 10 years. Through Danyel’s professional experience she realized she has to find a way to educate future generations and achieve financial freedom to pursue her purpose. She is a former division one athlete at the University of Illinois and is a serial competitor. Danyel takes pride in being a master networker and is continuously learning. She is passionate about raising funds for new acquisitions and ensuring that D1 Capital Group’s properties are managed with integrity.   • Tyler has been investing in real estate for over 14 years

    Today, Tyler controls over 1,500 apartment units, throughout 5 different states, with values north of $200 Million. He actively sponsors and is a managing operator in new opportunities brought to market.

  • Ryan began investing with a focus on single family flips and has now evolved into a portfolio of multi family assets spanning over 4 different states. Over the past 20 years Ryan has become a proficient underwriter which has been critical in mitigating risks, identifying opportunities, developing strategic operating plans, and optimizing overall investor returns.
